Please Note:

  • Attendance at all sessions is important, as each session builds from the previous one. While we request your commitment to this series, we do understand that life happens; In the event that a session must be missed, we will work with you to offer a make-up session prior to the next group session

  • Because this parenting series is an opportunity for caregivers to develop insight and practice self-care, it is important to deliver this series in an environment that supports focus, sharing, and reflection. For this reason, child care arrangements must be made by the caregiver.

  • This parenting series provides parental support and education. While your registered facilitators are licensed professionals, this parenting series is NOT offered as counseling/therapy. The objective of this program is to increase parental knowledge and insight, and does not provide assessment of parenting skills or therapeutic intervention.

  • We strive to offer services that are inclusive, and give voice to varied experiences by providing a safe space to be heard, appreciated, and accepted. We welcome parents and caregivers of all backgrounds to participate in this program.
